Quynh Did a Fantastic Job
I went to Biotouch to get my eyebrows microbladed. Quynh did a fantastic job – she was able to raise my right eyebrow, which always hung a little lower, so it opened up my eyes. I don’t look tired and my brows are top notch! I nearly cried when I saw how amazing they looked. Kim also peeped in to ensure the brows were up to her standard. I was given an aftercare package and a great explanation as well as a follow up appointment for touch ups. The place is clean and comfortable, which is hugely important to me. Needless to say, I’ll ever go get my brows done anywhere else! Thank you, Ladies!

Fixed My Eyebrows
I just wanted to say thank you, you both were so kind and helpful.I had the horrible pink lip job which now look so much better and you fixed my eyebrows.

Looking the most attractive that I can as I age is very important to me. I began researching permanent make-up on the Internet and scheduled a consult with Kim Pham as well as speaking to other shops.Kim, you were the only person that really listened to my concerns, questions and answered in a caring and professional manner. Insightful & Accommodating
Had a great experience with both Kim & Quynh. Had a lot of information to take in 5 days but they made sure we had a clear understanding of everything before leaving. They are accommodating of everyone’s needs and very insightful. Loved how they gave us little tips from their personal experiences and am thrilled that they extend their help to us even after we leave. They do not leave you high and dry.
